Since 1985, Association Management Group (AMG) has been revolutionizing community management and providing clients with a proven track record of success as the Carolinas' top property management firm. Our mission is to safeguard, enhance and preserve the value of our clients’ communities, while also making them a pleasant place to live.

AMG was founded 37 years ago by Paul and May Gayle Mengert with a single goal in mind: to provide excellence in the property management sector. Three neighborhood associations in Greensboro were the start of AMG's property management business. From that humble beginning, the organization has grown to include Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, Greenville-Spartanburg and eventually the entire Carolinas. Our three initial villages are still part of the AMG family, which we are proud of.

Our dedication to excellence ensures that our clients' communities run efficiently, enhancing the community Association experience for over 30,000 property owners and residents in North and South Carolina. AMG's experienced team members have created proprietary systems, enhanced processes and streamlined procedures to help our clients achieve their goals, exceed members' expectations and reduce volunteer leaders' headaches.
